The Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) Housing Navigator Program
helps individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities find safe, affordable, and independent community-based housing. CSO’s dedicated Housing Navigators guide individuals through the entire process by identifying available units, cultivating landlord relationships, and assisting with rental applications.
Housing Navigator Program specifically supports individuals who are already enrolled in Medicaid home and community-based waiver services.
